Short term renting or letting of our properties.
During the quieter parts of the year when guests prefer to stay at home and not travel to Cornwall on Holiday we are happy to offer our properties on a short term let ranging from 1 to 3 months in duration.
This has proved extremely useful for those people moving house, having major repairs or insurance work carried out, contractors working for extended periods in the county or those looking for somewhere to stay during renovation works.
Ask us for prices as these longer stays are substantially less than booking just a week.

As our properties are Holiday Homes we are restricted to letting them for a maximum of 3 months without a break (if you would like a shorter period that’s absolutely fine), this is an ideal length of time to have somewhere to stay when moving to the area, waiting for a house to complete or having some renovation or building work carried out. Our 4 properties
All the properties are fully furnished, the linen is supplied (you are very welcome to bring your own if you would prefer) and our longer term lets still include all utilities within the fees. If you would like a linen clean or change this can also be arranged.
We really do want you to feel at home when staying with us and be able to relax especially if you have been out at work all day or managing a particularly difficult project.
Both Meadow Rise and Bodannon welcome dogs but I am afraid that they are not allowed at either of our Hengar Manor properties.
