Information for the less able / mobile guest
Each property is different so we have endeavoured to explain a little more about each property and its ease of access.

Bodannon
A double downstairs bedroom with en-suite. The doors are extra wide measuring 83” into this bedroom and the en-suite.
There is a ramp located outside the front door to help with getting up the small step onto the decking and into the property.
There is a paved slope from the carpark to the property. The path to the front of the property is tightly packed gravel.
Flooring through the downstairs is wooden laminate.
There is a hill to get to the beach and village approximately 400m away. You can watch a video showing this on our Youtube channel. Click here to watch the video.
We have had people stay previously at this property who have used a mobility scooter.
Meadow Rise
The property has standard size doors and smooth laminate flooring with a rug in the lounge. There is a small raised threshold into the lounge from the kitchen and into the conservatory from the lounge.
Stairs go around a corner and have a handrail on the right-hand side. There is no handrail on the left. The bathroom and toilet are upstairs. The shower is over the bath so to take a shower or bath you need to step into the bath.
The bath does have an anti slip mat.
100 Hengar Manor
Parking is directly next to the property and access from the car to the front door is flat.
There is a step into the property.
Flooring throughout the downstairs is wooden laminate with a rug in the lounge.
Doors are a standard size.

Carpeted Stairs lead to the upstairs landing and the carpeted master bedroom and carpeted twin room.
Also on the first floor is a bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and bath. The bathroom has cushioned floor throughout.
We have previously had guests stay here that walk with sticks and could not go upstairs.
91 Hengar Manor
There is a step into the property.
Flooring throughout the lounge and kitchen is wooden laminate with a rug in the lounge.
Doors are a standard size.
The master bedroom though more than adequate does not have a great deal of space around the bed. The flooring is carpet.
The floor area is flat with only a very slight threshold between rooms. The downstairs twin room is carpeted and there is a downstairs toilet with hand basin, shower and ceramic tiled floor with underfloor heating. The shower only has a small step into it.
