Step into the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare meals with ease during your stay. The inviting living room offers ample space to unwind, featuring a TV with TalkTalk television box for entertainment.

The living room flows through to the dining area which is lit with lots of natural sunlight, and leads out onto the enclosed garden where you'll discover an additional dining/seating area on the decking, complete with a barbecue—a perfect setting for enjoying long summer evenings.

Upstairs, you'll find a cosy double bedroom and a twin room, along with a family bathroom equipped with a WC, wash hand basin, and bath with shower over it. Towels and linen are provided for your convenience.
