Booking the whole fully furnished property gives you a home from home along with the flexibility and space you need to be comfortable.

All our properties are fully furnished and include free WiFi, TV and Freeview along with all Linen and Towels. The kitchens are well equipped along with modern bath and shower rooms. Also, they are all centrally heated either with gas central heating or the very latest smart electric radiators and heated towel rails, so you are sure to be warm and cosy.
Service while you stay with us
The level of service we provide while you are with us can vary upon your requirements.
- If you prefer to be left alone then, access is via a key safe and you will find the property clean, with beds made up and towels on the beds. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided along with a bottle of wine.
- If you prefer the beds to be changed and fresh towels during your stay, we can agree at what intervals you would like this and arrange for this to be carried out at the most convenient time for you.
If you require a transfer to and from Newquay Airport then this can be arranged for you.
Reservations at local pubs and restaurants can be made while you stay. - We can even suggest or organise activities and trips for you to do on a well earned day off.
