Positioned close to Bodmin Moor and the North Cornish Coast, it’s very near to Tintagel famous for its castle and the legend of King Arthur, Port Isaac, the location for filming Doc Martin and Boscastle famous for the terrible flood which swept through the village on 16th August 2004. There are a number of stunning beaches just a short drive away and the Camel Trail is within easy reach.
Towels, linen, welcome pack, WiFi and discount vouchers to help you create memories which will last a life time are all included in the price. You will also have the use of the facilities at Hengar Manor Country Park, which are independently managed.

Having a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and compact 6 place dishwasher. The living room is comfortable with space to relax and unwind. There is a TV with Freeview, DVD player to keep the whole family entertained with an open plan dining area with table, chairs and sideboard.
Also downstairs is a shower room with WC and wash hand basin along with a bedroom with twin beds.
Upstairs, you will find one double and one twin room along with a family bathroom; this includes a WC, wash hand basin and bath. Available to rent all year round. Towels and linen are included in the price.
There are free postcards for you to send to friends and family if you wish to do so. Tea, coffee, milk, squash, biscuits and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax.

Part of the open plan living area, the warm and comfortable lounge is ideal for relaxing. A flame effect electric fire sits on the wall offering that extra boost following a day of exploring. With two large sofas, a flat screen TV, and DVD player, the whole family will have something to keep them entertained. There are also a number of leaflets on the many attractions and events taking place in Cornwall, along with some maps to help you find your way around. The lounge leads to the dining area.
The dining room is part of the open plan layout downstairs with a sideboard, table and chairs for those all-important family meals. Heated by a large radiator it is warm and cosy throughout the year.
This lovely twin bedded room is perfect if you find stairs a struggle. as well as the twin beds it has a wardrobe and small bedside cabinet.
The shower room leads from the lounge / dining area and is equipped with shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms; a master room with a double bed, bedside cabinets, table lamps and a television. The second bedroom is a twin room. There is a bedside cabinet and table lamp between the beds.
The bathroom is complete with a WC and a bath. A wash hand basin, towel rail and free-standing unit can also be found.
