An ideal base for beach holidays and multi-generational family breaks with Porthtowan beach just 400m away. If you just want to get away from it all, explore the sights of Cornwall, try your hand at surfing, or soak up the sun on golden sands, it’s the ideal retreat. We are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs, if they are crate trained we will supply these but would ask that you bring their own bedding. Each dog receives its own complimentary goody bag.  If you need to do some work while away or perhaps have a workcation, free WiFi is included.

Within this luxurious open plan property you will find comfortable areas to relax and dine together, equipped with free Wifi (Approx 140Mbps download and 21Mbps Upload speed, dependant upon usage) so great if you need to do some work while away, smart TV, a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.  There is an enclosed space at the rear complete with Hot Tub (exclusively for your use) and drying area, at the front of the property is an outside seating area.  Leading from the lounge is a double room with en-suite (having wider 83″ doors), ideal for the less able guest.   Also provided at the property is a suitcase ramp to help with access from the car park and also into the property.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and family bathroom, the master complete with en-suite, TV and balcony to the front of the property. Towels and linen are also all included within the price.

There are free postcards for you to send to friends and family if you wish to do so. Tea, coffee, milk, squash, biscuits and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax.

As with all Cornish Holiday properties, we have teamed up with many organisations and attractions in Cornwall. By doing this, we can offer our guests a variety of discounts to a number of locations; vouchers for these will be received with your travel pack before your stay.  You can also pre-order a delicious food parcel from a local farm shop to really add to the indulgence of your stay. The beach is just 400 meters away, just a short walk down a single track, tarmac road which is reasonably steep. There is also a flatter route to the cliff top via a narrow path.

Kitchen Diner

The kitchen diner is an open plan room heated by a modern, lot 20 compliant smart electric radiator and leads into the lounge.  It has everything you will need for a very enjoyable stay.  A dining table and chairs along with a high chair for those all-important family meals. With two sets of French doors and overlooking the front of the property, kitchen is equipped with:

Lounge

Leading from the kitchen, the open plan layout continues into the warm comfort of the lounge. With a large sofa, four easy chairs, a flat screen smart TV and DVD player there is something to keep everyone entertained. There are a number of leaflets on the many attractions and events taking place in Cornwall along with some maps to help you find your way around. A downstairs double room with en-suite leads off the lounge.  Stairs lead to the other 3 bedrooms and a single door at the back of the property will take you to the outside space and Hot Tub.

Downstairs Bedroom

This spacious double room is perfect for the less able visitor. Inside, it has a double bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. The en-suite leads from the bedroom and is equipped with shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Outside space

At the rear of the property, a compact space allows for drying clothes when required and is home to the hot tub which is exclusively for your use.

Parking is in two allocated spaces in the carpark which is centrally located in the middle of the resort and just a few meters walk to the property.  There are also a few visitor spaces available but these are on a first come first serve basis.

Outside showers are also available in the car parking area to rinse off those sandy wetsuits after a fun filled day on the beach.

Bedrooms

Upstairs, three bedrooms can be accessed. The master room is home to a super king size bed, bedside cabinets, television, table lamps, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail. This room benefits from an en-suite equipped with shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. This room also has French doors onto a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the front of the property.

The two further bedrooms are complete with twin beds (pushed together as doubles), bedside tables, lamps, hanging rails and a fold down shelf giving enough space for up to eight guests.

Bathroom

The bathroom is complete with WC, a bath with shower attachment over it and a wash hand basin.
