91 Hengar Manor
No 91 is a 3 star, Visit England assessed property located very close to No 100 (also owned by us) on the Hengar Manor Country Park, (Post Code PL30 3PL) and is a bungalow which we privately own, it has recently been updated and refurbished. Having an open plan, living, dining, kitchen area along with a modern shower room with underfloor heating, it offers a wonderful, cosy and relaxing base with full use of the on-site facilities which include, an Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, 9 hole pitch and putt Golf Course, Coarse Fishing Lakes and on-site Bar and Restaurant. There is no washing machine at this property but the site does have laundry facilities for your use.
Perfect for a family holiday, couples getaway or if booked with No 100 a multigenerational break.
As both No 100 and No 91 are owned and managed by Cornish Holiday there is the option to book both properties together enabling multi-generational stays of up to 10 people at a discounted price.
Positioned close to Bodmin Moor and the North Cornish Coast, it’s very near to Tintagel famous for its castle and the legend of King Arthur, Port Isaac, the location for filming Doc Martin and Boscastle famous for the terrible flood which swept through the village on 16th August 2004. There are a number of stunning beaches just a short drive away and the Camel Trail is within easy reach.
Towels, linen, welcome pack, free WiFi (42Mbps download and 9Mbps Upload) great if you need to do some work while away or have a workcation. Also discount vouchers to help you create memories which will last a life time are all included in the price. You will also have the use of the facilities at Hengar Manor Country Park, which are independently managed.

Having a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, (there are Washing machines and Dryers available on the park). The living room is comfortable with space to relax and unwind. There is a TV with Freeview, DVD player to keep the whole family entertained with an open plan dining area with table and chairs.
There is a shower room with WC and wash hand basin.
There is a double Bedroom with storage along with a twin room. Available to rent all year round. Towels and linen are included in the price.
Tea, coffee, milk, squash, biscuits and a bottle of wine are provided, with our compliments, ready for your arrival to help you unwind and relax.
During your visit, as a thank you for staying with Cornish Holiday, you can use an array of discounts from local Organisations that we have teamed up with in order to make your holiday the best it can be!
You are free to use the onsite facilities which include a heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, coarse fishing lakes, children’s adventure play area, bar and restaurant.
The fishing lakes are stocked with Carp, Tench, Bream and Roach. Manor Lake, the largest, has produced Carp to 35lbs. You must have a Rod Licence to use the lakes and if you don’t want to bring your own equipment it is available to hire for a small charge.
Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you will need for a very enjoyable stay. Overlooking the rear of the property you will find:

- There is no washing machine in this property as the site has laundry facilities for your use.
Lounge
Part of the open plan living area, the warm and comfortable lounge is ideal for relaxing. A flame effect electric fire sits on the wall offering that extra boost following a day of exploring. With two large sofas, a flat screen TV, and DVD player, the whole family will have something to keep them entertained. There are also a number of leaflets on the many attractions and events taking place in Cornwall, along with some maps to help you find your way around. The lounge leads to the dining area
Dining Area
The dining room is part of the open plan layout downstairs with a table and chairs for those all-important family meals. Heated by a large radiator the downstairs is warm and cosy throughout the year.
Shower Room
The shower room leads from the lounge / dining area and is equipped with shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms; a master room with a double bed, bedside cabinets and table lamps. The second bedroom is a twin room. There is a bedside cabinet and table lamp between the beds.
Update (13th July 2022) about the Hengar Manor refurbishment and facilities.
The swimming pool is being refurbished over the winter months so will be closed from mid November until the end of February 2023. Thank you very much for your understanding.
New Activities for 2022
New activities now available at Hengar Manor, there will be Crafts and Pottery, Segway’s, Go Kart Hire, Wax Hands and Sand Art. Please book these activities through Reception or via the bar of an evening.
