Frequently asked questions.

If you have any questions about our properties or their location please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be more than happy to help.

Our frequently asked questions may have the answer for you.

Do you operate a waiting list?
  • Yes we do operate a waiting list. Especially as during the Coronavirus pandemic there is uncertainty about lockdowns, when self-catering can open etc, if the property and dates you require are not available we are more than happy to add you to a waiting list.  Just let us have your email address, the property name and dates you are looking for and we will add you to a waiting list. If the property and dates then become available we will contact you to see if you are still interested in booking a stay.
If I cannot visit due to Lockdown, Corona Virus or Government legislation what happens, will I get my money back?
  • If you cannot visit due to Coronavirus, Lockdowns or Government legislation which is no fault of your own, we will gladly refund you in full or reschedule your holiday, whichever you would prefer. If you have booked through an online travel agent (booking.com, Air BnB etc) you will need to cancel or move the booking with them and it is ultimately their decision but we will do all we can to help in such a scenario to get you a full refund.  Please see our seperate page on Covid-19.
What precautions have you taken to protect your guests during the Coronavirus pandemic?
  • We have followed the government guidelines and also taken advice from both Visit Cornwall and PASC (The Professional Association of Self Caterers).  This includes such things as undertaking a Risk Assessment, installing Hand Sanitisers both inside and outside at our premises.  We have ensured our cleaners have undertaken Covid cleaning certificated training and introduced an enhanced cleaning regime.  Our guests receive complimentary hand sanitiser bottles, anti-bacterial wipes and face masks. All linen is washed at a temperature in excess of 60 degrees.  You can find more detailed documents about this on each property page which you are welcome to download and read.
